Day 1 - Atlanta-  Embark on a seamless journey from London to Atlanta. Upon arrival at the airport, you'll be greeted by your tour manager and transferred to your first overnight stay in Montgomery or Birmingham, Alabama. Take some time to unwind and relax after your journey, and enjoy a peaceful evening as you begin your adventure in the Deep South.

Day 2 - Travel to New Orleans-  Today, travel south through Alabama and Louisiana, journeying along the Gulf Coast to the vibrant city of New Orleans. You'll spend two nights in the Big Easy, so dive right into the lively atmosphere of one of the most energetic cities in the world. Don't miss a moment of the unique excitement and charm that New Orleans has to offer.

Day 3 - New Orleans-  This morning, join an optional guided tour of New Orleans. Explore the French Quarter’s iron balconies and covered sidewalks, see Tremé’s colorful houses, and view St. Louis Cathedral on Jackson Square. In the afternoon, take an optional Louisiana Swampland excursion for a taste of Creole life. Tonight, return to the French Quarter to experience the vibrant jazz scene and the legacy of Louis Armstrong and 'King' Oliver in local bars and clubs.

Day 4 - Tupelo and Memphis-  Leaving New Orleans, travel north to Mississippi, the birthplace of Delta blues with legends like Robert Johnson and Sonny Boy Williamson. Visit Tupelo to see Elvis Presley’s birthplace (entry payable locally), then head to Memphis, Elvis's vibrant hometown. Explore the city's rich musical heritage and enjoy the lively atmosphere of Beale Street, filled with restaurants, bars, and live music.

Day 5 - Memphis-  Don’t miss today’s optional full-day Memphis Sounds excursion. Visit Sun Studio, where rock and roll began in 1951 with 'Rocket 88' and Elvis's 'That’s Alright, Mama.' Next, tour Graceland on Elvis Presley Boulevard. Finish the day in Memphis, perhaps sampling the renowned pork ribs that make it The Barbecue Capital of America.

Day 6 - Nashville-  Today, shift musical genres as you travel east to Nashville, the country music capital of the world, where you'll stay for the next two nights. Known for its iconic Ryman Auditorium and the Grand Ole Opry, Nashville is also home to numerous talented guitarists and songwriters. Explore this premier music city and consider catching some live music tonight!

Day 7 - Studio B Excursion & Country Music Hall Tour-  Our final optional excursion includes a visit to the legendary Studio B, where countless country hits and many of Elvis's RCA recordings were made, and the Country Music Hall of Fame. Enjoy the afternoon free to explore more of Nashville's rich musical scene and soak in the city's vibrant atmosphere.

Day 8 & 9 - Nashville to Chattanooga & Atlanta-  Enjoy a scenic drive south to Chattanooga, renowned for its "choo-choo" heritage, nestled beautifully on the Tennessee River. After exploring this charming Southern town, proceed to Atlanta airport to check in for your flight back to the UK.

On your flight home, take a moment to reflect on the amazing memories you have just made.

Montgomery or Birmingham (Night 1)  You'll stay in one of several fine southern hotels, such as the Drury Inn & Suites, Montgomery; Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Montgomery East Chase Parkway; or the Hampton Inn & Suites Tutwiler, Birmingham.

Wyndham French Quarter, New Orleans (Nights 2-3) Set in the famous French Quarter, this charming hotel is within walking distance of New Orleans’ top attractions. On selected dates, you may stay at the nearby Hampton Inn & Suites New Orleans Convention Center.
